Chestnut Heavy Horse on Emerald

Commanding attention with vivid intensity, this striking piece reimagines the traditional heavy horse portrait through a lens of unapologetic colour and rhythmic energy.

A magnificent draft horse, defined by expressive lines and a rich crimson coat, stands resolutely against a brilliant emerald green backdrop. Heavy, heavily feathered legs in crisp white and vivid turquoise anchor the composition, while the sweeping, blue-black mane adds a sense of spirited movement. The tactile strokes bring profound warmth and life to the gentle giant's broad white blaze and kind, attentive eye.

An exceptional statement piece for a contemporary living room or a vibrant stable office, this bold artwork appeals to anyone captivated by the formidable strength of draft breeds. Choose a gallery-wrapped Canvas for a seamless, modern look, or elevate the brilliant tones with a Framed Print in a black or natural wood finish. Available in 40cm, 70cm, and grand 90cm sizes to perfectly suit your space.
