Chestnut Horse and Woman in Red

A profound, quiet understanding passes between a resting horse and its companion. This striking piece captures that universal equine bond, elevated by a daring, rhythmic use of colour that instantly commands attention.

A handsome chestnut with a broad white blaze lowers his head towards a seated woman, whose deep crimson skirt anchors the composition. They exist within a landscape built from vibrant, tactile blocks of emerald green and turquoise, contrasting against a mottled amethyst sky. Expressive, sweeping brushwork gives the scene a spirited energy despite the tranquil subject matter.

A magnificent statement piece for a contemporary living room or welcoming stable office. Available as a classic Print, Canvas, or Framed Canvas to complement the bold hues, in sizes ranging from 40cm up to an impressive 90cm. Choose a Natural frame to highlight the earthy undertones and bring this vivid connection into your home.
