Refund Policy

At EquestrianArt.co.uk, we want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not be quite right. In such cases, please find our return and refund policy detailed below.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at team@equestrianart.co.uk.

All of our products — prints, framed prints, canvases, and framed canvases — are bespoke, made-to-order items, produced individually by our professional fulfilment partner once your order is placed. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, made-to-order goods do not have the same cancellation rights typically afforded to distance contracts.

If you change your mind before production has commenced and you inform us promptly, you will not be charged for your order. If your order has already entered production or been dispatched when you decide to cancel, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of each returned item will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our shipping policy for production and dispatch times.

Returns

If you wish to return your purchase, or if it arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 working days of receipt at team@equestrianart.co.uk.

Given the made-to-order nature of our products, a 50% fee of the cost of each returned item will be deducted from your refund. However, if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you can return it for a replacement or a full refund. Please report any faults or damage within 14 days of receipt. Email us at team@equestrianart.co.uk with the following details:

  • Name and delivery address on the order
  • Order number
  • A photograph of the damage or fault, including the item and packaging

How to Make a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at team@equestrianart.co.uk. We will provide you with the correct returns address and further instructions.

Returned items must be in unused, original condition, with any seals and protective packaging intact, and should be sent back within 14 days of receipt. For items delivered overseas, returns should be made within 30 days of the cancellation date. Please include any delivery documentation to help us identify your order. Opened items can only be refunded if they are faulty.

Please note, goods must be returned at your own cost, and we recommend using recorded delivery for your peace of mind.
