Shipping Policy
All of our products are made to order by our professional fulfilment partner, with production facilities in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada, and Australia. Your order is produced at the facility closest to your delivery address wherever possible, reducing delivery times and environmental impact.
Production and Dispatch
We aim to produce and dispatch your order within the following timeframes:
- Print (Unframed): 3–5 working days
- Framed Print: 5–10 working days
- Canvas: 5–10 working days
- Framed Canvas: 5–10 working days
Orders placed over weekends, public holidays, or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Delivery Times
Delivery within the UK typically takes up to five working days after dispatch. For international deliveries, please allow up to 28 days depending on your location. During peak periods or due to service disruptions, delivery times may be extended.
Delivery Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the product format, and the size selected. Because orders are produced locally to you wherever possible, shipping costs are kept as low as we can manage.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at team@equestrianart.co.uk and we will investigate immediately.
International Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the products in your order.
Packaging
All products are carefully packed with protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Our packaging is recyclable, recycled, or compostable, and uses water-based, eco-friendly inks throughout. No plastic is used in our packaging.
